Scib Paints has found it imperative to provide product training, especially for its special effects products in order to familiarize painters more with the products of the company they have loved and respected over the years. Scib establishing its very own Décor Training Center to cater for Greater Cairo in addition to training sessions conducted nationwide by professional trainers
The day starts with a brief introduction about the company followed by the explanation of the products on which the training is received. After this, the practical application starts. The training covers new products & new effects of existing products. Samples are shown to trainees and, whenever possible, movies of how to apply are played. At the end of the session, trainees receive their certificates.
